About Me

Valeria

Hello, I'm Valeria Sula :))

Food and hospitality have always been at the heart of what I do. My journey started in hospitality, where I studied food engineering and management and went on to work in restaurants and cafés of all shapes and sizes—from casual coffee shops to fine dining.

Along the way, I managed Hibiscus at Delapré Abbey, where the team earned a second AA Rosette and was named Weetabix Restaurant of the Year. Those experiences gave me a grounding in food safety, quality, and consistency, while also showing me how much joy food can bring—both to the people who make it and the people who share it.

Today, I’ve taken that experience and poured it into what I love most—baking full time for cafés and hospitality businesses. Every loaf, traybake, or tart that leaves my kitchen is made in small batches, with attention to detail and a genuine love of the process.

What excites me most is the thought that my bakes will sit on your counter, catch someone’s eye, and make their day a little brighter. I want my cakes and slices to feel homemade, comforting, and reliable—because I know how important it is for your customers to come back to something they enjoyed the first time.

This business is personal to me. I’m not a factory or a faceless supplier—you’ll always be dealing directly with me. I believe in building relationships with the cafés and teams I work with, understanding what fits your menu best, and adapting along the way.
