Delivery & Shipping

  • Order Instructions

    Enter your preferred delivery date in the Cart note at checkout (DD/MM).
    Minimum 5 days’ notice for any order.
    If we cannot meet your requested date, we’ll contact you within 24 hours.

  • Dispatch Days

    We dispatch Monday to Friday using DPD next-day delivery.
    No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or Mondays.

  • Storage & Freshness

    Cakes are shipped chilled for freshness.
    Refrigerate on arrival and enjoy within 48 hours. Leftovers can be frozen. Defrost for 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the cake. Instructions are included with delivery.
    For realistic cakes, wrap tightly in cling film before freezing and defrost while still wrapped. Freezing may soften the texture, so fresh is best for gifting.

  • Return policy

    Due to the perishable nature of cakes, we cannot accept returns.
    If your cake arrives damaged, please email photos within 12 hours at valeria@valeriasula.co.uk and we will review.
